Document review as needed: emails, talking points, policies, responses, scripts — whatever needs eyes before it goes out.
Cost: $300 for two weeks of outside perspective from someone who takes it as seriously as you do.
Need an extra set of eyes? You can add-on comprehensive document review (emails, board memos, scripts, or reports) for $75.

Who am I?
I've spent 20 years in and around the nonprofit sector, working with organizations, boards, and leaders navigating the kinds of situations that don't have clean answers. I've seen how isolating it can feel to be the person who's supposed to have it together while something hard is actively developing.
My background is in organizational development and coaching, with deep experience in the particular complexity of nonprofit power dynamics. But what I actually do in this work is help you think.
